Each has faced some of life's darkest challenges and emerged stronger. They are driven by a passion to guide men toward reaching their true potential.

- Go-Karts: Rev up your engines and get ready to race your buddies! Enjoy high speed go-karts.
- Optional Cross-Fit Workouts: Our optional workouts are led by highly trained coaches. Get your group of men and sign up!
- The Pawnee Pool Hall: One part indoor gym, one part pool hall. There are 6 pool tables and 4 caged basketball courts.
- Union Station: This general rec area has several games (ping pong, board games, lawn games) as well as a miniature climbing wall.
- The Canteen: Snack and souvenir shop. Snacks ranging from peanuts to ice cream are available!
- Hudson Field House: The gym is equipped with two basketball goals, dodgeballs, and floor hockey equipment.
- Campfires: There are a number of outdoor campfires at the facility that will be available at night.
- Hiking Trails: There are hiking trails around the grounds that venture into the woods and down to Lake Hudson.
- Fishing: Frontier Cover sits right above Lake Hudson. Feel free to bring your fishing gear and head down to the dock!

FAQS:

  • Lodging accommodations are cabin style. Each cabin is furnished with bunks and has a shared bathroom for guests. Bedding, pillows and towels are not included.

  • Yes. All meals are included with your ticket purchase. This includes dinner on Thursday, breakfast / lunch / dinner on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday. The Canteen will be open if you would like to purchase any additional snacks or beverages.

  • Bring casual clothes (workout clothes if you're planning to join the workout), Bible, notebook, fishing gear (if fishing), bedding, personal snacks (all meals provided), jacket or hoodie, towel, and shower shoes.

  • VIP ticket holders will receive a SWAG box at registration, access to exclusive (optional) sessions, nightly snacks / beverages, and access to digital keynotes after conference.

  • No fishing license is required to fish at Frontier Cove. You just need to bring your own fishing equipment.

  • We have 8 RV hookups available. They are equipped with water and electric. RV accommodations are no additional charge.

  • Check in is from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024.

  • Conference will conclude around 11:00 AM on Friday, October 5th. Camp is closed at 12:00 PM.

  • There are RV hookups available and tent camping is optional. Although we highly recommend all guests staying in the cabins, if that is not possible for you - we do have discounted hotel rooms available in Pryor, OK at the Holiday Inn Express. Just say you are with Cavetime to receive our special rate.

  • Frontier Cove is approximately one hour from the Tulsa International Airport.

  • Refunds requested less than 30 days before the conference can receive a 50% refund.
