Jeff Voth is the founder of Cavetime, an organization that builds better men by kindling a fire in their hearts for Jesus. He also serves as the lead pastor of Church 3434 and is a professor at Oral Roberts University. Jeff has a doctorate of ministry in community spiritual formation from Denver Seminary, a master of divinity from Oral Roberts University, and a master of arts with an emphasis in philosophy, apologetics & Christian worldview from Trinity Theological Seminary. He is the author of Cavetime, Why Lewis?, A Thousand More Amens, Defending the Feminine Heart, and Serpent Crusher. He was also selected into the Resident Scholars Program at the Kilns in Oxford England. Jeff and his wife, Lori, have four children and live in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Pastor Jordan has recently transitioned from sunny Southern California, after serving as Lead Pastor of Mesa Church for almost 9 years, to leading Christian Life Center in Dayton, OH and is discovering that buckeyes are pretty tasty. He is passionate about leading people, and especially men, into a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ. But his greatest fulfillment is to see his wife, son, and three daughters thrive in God’s purposes for their lives!

His background includes growing up in Washington State, a degree in Business Administration, a Masters in Divinity, studying abroad in the Philippines, leading tourism trips in Alaska, the Yukon, and New York City, and serving in missions organizations in Honolulu, HI, and “OneHope” in Africa and South America. While his diverse background might sound random, it has all been a Holy Spirit led adventure of trusting Jesus!

Jarod is the Lead Pastor of New Tribe in Mount Juliet, TN. In 2023, in partnership with New Tribe, he launched Promise Conference with vision to see the church position itself for an Acts 2:17 outpouring. A military veteran and gifted communicator, Jarod has a passion to see the gifts of the Spirit activated in every believer. He serves as a City Network Pastor inspiring churches to unify and pray together across denominational lines and also serves on the board of LINC (Linked International Network of Churches) which exists to build relationships through networking, conferences, and equipping events for church leaders across the nation. Jarod has recently launched a retreat for men called Rise Up which equips men to walk in freedom and sonship. Wherever he ministers, to see a unified, Spirt-empowered body of believers is a common theme and message he desires to bring.

Jody Burkeen is the founder and president of MAN UP! Gods Way Ministries. This ministry was birthed out of a desire to change the way Christian men “do” Christianity.

Jody’s self-described “Damascus Road Transformation” led him on a journey to search the Scripture to find what he had been missing his whole life, which was Jesus Christ. In this journey, the Word of God took over in a way he never expected. Searching for men in the church to help him in his walk, he found very little help. What he did find was men that needed the same kind of help he did.

Through MAN UP! Gods Way Ministry it is Jody’s hope that he can challenge men to live a separated life on fire for God.
