In our travels across the country, interacting with thousands of men, we encounter one recurring theme that resonates in the heart of every man: "Do I have what it takes?" Not only do men ask if they have what it takes, but will they truly be able to stand when life throws adversity at them? Men want to be the heroes of their stories. We all do. However, we understand that in order to be the "hero" we must first be saved—saved and set free by Jesus Christ. It is countercultural to think that we must relinquish all strengths and all weaknesses to then be strong again. But Paul writes that Christ's "power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me" (2 Cor. 12:19). What a beautiful paradox of a total surrender to gain complete strength.

Paul repeats this theme in Philippians: "For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain" (Phil. 1:21). Most men read that and say, "Okay, I get that . . . but now what's next?"

This is exactly what we believe God has put us on the earth to do: kindle fire in men's hearts so that they may be strengthened through surrender in Christ Jesus. We help men discover their true purpose—that elusive flame that smolders deep within—and connect them to their Creator. Jesus is the One who put that flame inside of them and is the only One who can breathe life on it, causing it to spread like wildfire.

We will promise you one thing: we will continue to show up in as many cities, states, and countries as possible to help ignite this fire in the hearts of men. We know God has charged us to do so. Now it is your turn. What is God calling you to do? How will you engage in battle? How will you relentlessly pursue the kingdom of God and assault darkness?

We want to offer you a few opportunities right now to show up and lock shields with us to reach deep within the souls of men and propel them into their purpose. We believe that giving is good battle against the enemy. Donating has nothing to do with money, but everything to do with the fruits that your financial support will help produce. In donating to Cavetime, we promise that we will seek out every opportunity we can to reach men across this globe. Cavetime is a registered non-profit organization which means that the IRS recognizes the money you give as tax-deductible.
